Earn your caregiver certification.
On your phone. In your language.
Watch each chapter. Take the quiz in English, Spanish, or Haitian Kreyòl. Track every hour toward your 60. Built for caregivers who study between shifts — never lose your place, never waste your time.
How it works
From signup to certificate in three steps. No surprises, no dead ends.
Sign up in your language
Pick English, Spanish, or Haitian Kreyòl at signup. Switch anytime — the system remembers it across every visit.
Watch & pass, chapter by chapter
Each chapter unlocks the next. You can pause, rewind, and rewatch — but you can't skip ahead. Quiz in your language. Pass to move on.
Earn your certificate
Finish all sections, pass every quiz, and we generate a verifiable certificate of completion. Includes a QR code so any employer can confirm it's real.
Built for the way caregivers actually study
Phone-first. Multilingual. Honest about your time. The three things every other CHHA training tool gets wrong, fixed at the foundation.
Real in three languages
Quizzes toggle between English, Spanish, and Haitian Kreyòl with a single tap, and your answers carry across. The signup form, dashboard, course outline, and intro screens are all translated too — not just the videos.
Honest, no-skip video
The progress bar is read-only — drag it forward and nothing happens. Speed is locked at 1x. The server independently tracks your real watched seconds, so a chapter only counts when you've actually watched it.
Always know your hours
A live timer on every course page shows hours spent on this course and total hours toward your 60. It pauses when you step away and picks back up when you return. Always have an honest answer for your supervisor.
What you'll learn — the full 76 hours
Mapped to the New Jersey Board of Nursing's official Homemaker–Home Health Aide curriculum (NJAC 13:37-14.4).
Section VI is the in-person practical portion at your training site. The other 60 hours run on the platform.
From the people doing the work

Frequently asked
Is Flobega Academy a Board-approved CHHA training program?
Flobega Academy is the platform. The training program itself is delivered by Flobega Health LLC and its partner training schools, which are responsible for Board approval. We build the technology that runs the program — the no-skip player, the multilingual quizzes, the hours tracker, the certificate. Talk to a Flobega training partner about enrolling in their Board-approved program.
Can I really take the whole thing on my phone?
The 60 classroom hours, yes. Section VI of the NJ curriculum (16 hours of skills lab) has to happen in person with a Registered Nurse at a physical site — every state requires that. Your training partner schedules those days. Everything else, including every quiz and the certificate, lives on your phone.
Why are quizzes in three languages but the videos aren't?
NJ rule: classroom instruction must be in one language at a time — no interpreters. The instructor delivers the video in the language they're certified to teach in. The quizzes are different — they test your understanding, and you should be able to think in the language you're strongest in. So we let you toggle the quiz language with one tap. Your answers carry over.
What does "no-skip" actually mean?
You can pause. You can rewind. You can rewatch the same chapter five times. You cannot drag the progress bar forward to skip content you haven't watched, and you cannot speed up playback past 1x. The server independently tracks your watched seconds — a chapter only counts as complete when you've actually watched it.
Will my hours count toward my 60 even if I lose connection?
Yes. The server records every second as it happens. If your phone drops connection mid-chapter, we send what we have when you reconnect. The timer pauses automatically when the app isn't on screen, so you don't get credit for sitting on the page without watching.
How does the certificate verification work?
Every certificate has a unique verification code printed on it and embedded in a QR code. Anyone with the code — an employer, a state board — can visit our verify page and confirm it's a real certificate, who earned it, when, and what course.
I run a CHHA school. Can I use this for my students?
Yes — that's the agency/school licensing tier. You bring your Board-approved curriculum and brand; we provide the platform. Your students sign in to your branded version, your admin authors the content, your reports go to your board. Use the "Talk to us" link in the For Schools & Agencies section.
Sign up free. Decide later.
No card. Try the sample course, see the language switcher, watch the no-skip player in action. The platform speaks for itself.
